yup, it's been a while

And in that month I have worked out zero times. Some walking here and there and that's about it. I have felt like crap. Tired. Nauseous about 90% of the day. And tired. And nauseous. I did start taking my prenatals at night and that seems to help with the nausea but it's still kinda sucky. I have had no desire to work out at all and now my ass shows it. Oh well! I'm just hoping that I can still get back into it and not harm myself once the fatigue and nausea go away.

The family is surely suffering because I haven't' really been able to cook dinner and we've been relying on pre-made meals which I HATE since they are so terrible for you. It's tough because nothing sounds good to me. Well, no, let me rephrase. Everything sweet and carb-loaded sounds delicious to me. Donuts...oh my gosh want them so bad! Not good for the butt!

Hopefully only a few more weeks of this and all shall be good. I'm just hoping everything is ok with the baby. We did see it on ultrasound so that is promising. But that was a few weeks ago and so now I'm just wondering if everything is ok. We have our next appointment next Tuesday so hopefully we'll be able to hear the heartbeat! I worry that the fatigue and nausea is just in my head :-) That'd be embarrassing!

anyhoo, just wanted to give an update and say I'm alive. I've just been tired and sleeping/resting during Jackson's nap time so I haven't hopped on here much to read the blogs.

Hopefully sometime soon I might have something else to write about!

Oh, I hope the nausea gets better! I ate a LOT of PBJ, Cinnamon Toast, and Mac n' Cheese for dinner when I was pregnant. They'll survive:>

I am so glad that you posted. I have been wondering how you are feeling. And I guarantee, with 100% certainty, that the fatigue and nausea is not in your head :) My family has been suffering because i can't even stand to look at vegetables. Hopefully you start to feel better soon.

aww - hang in there. I am sure it is not in your head, hah. A few more weeks!! It made me laugh that Rebecca said no veggies - that happened to me too. :)
